摘要
邓小平关于《党和国家领导制度的改革》和《关于政治体制改革问题》两篇讲话在我党最早阐述了政治体制改革的必要性、政治体制改革的目标和内容、政治体制改革的基本原则 ,集中体现了邓小平关于政治体制改革的思想和理论 ,是我国政治体制改革的宣言书。今天认真学习这两篇讲话 ,对于搞好我国政治体制改革具有重要意义。
Deng Xiaopings two speeches of 'The reform of the leading system of our Party and country' and 'The problems concerning the reform of political system' firstly expounded the necessity, target, content and basic principles of the reform of political system in our Party, concentratively reflected Deng Xiaopings thought and theory about the reform of political system and they are the declarations of the reform of political system in our country. At present, learning the two speeches has important significance for us to reform the political system.
