摘要
目的:建立心可舒胶囊质量标准的检测方法。方法:选用正丁醇—冰醋酸—水(8:1:1)为展开剂,双波长薄层扫描法测定该制剂中的人参皂甙Rgl的含量。结果:被测成分薄层斑点清晰,与其它成分分离效果好,线性关系好。回收率100.03%。结论:建立了该制剂的测定方法,本方法灵敏、准确、重视性好,具有实用性。
Objetive:To guarantee the quality of Xinkeshu Capsules a reliable determination must be set up.Method:using a mixture of n—butylalcholacetic aeid—H_2O(8:1:1)to be developing solvent.Gin- sonoside Dgl was determinted by dual wavelength thin—layer chromatographic Scanning Result:The dot of the determinated components is clear the seperated result from other composition is very well and it has a good linearity and the average recoveries is 100.03%.Conclusion:This method is sensitive,accurate de- pendable and useful.
