摘要
目的 探讨血清肌酐 (CR)、甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (CHO)、钙 (CA)、葡萄糖 (GLU )、尿素氮(BUN)、白蛋白 (ALB)、总蛋白 (TP)、尿酸 (UA)及尿肌酐 (CR)、钙 (CA)测定中不同标准基质对测定结果的影响。方法 分别采用血清校准液和水溶性标准液校准仪器 ,测定上述生化项目并进行 t检验。结果 1 0 0份血清样品测定结果只有钙存在统计学差异 ;80份尿样测定结果中肌酐有明显差异。尿液肌酐 5 0倍稀释前后测定结果未见统计学差异。准确性实验结果中 ,肌酐用水溶性标准校准仪器 ,测定水溶性样品准确度高。血及尿肌酐回收试验结果 ,分别以血清校准液和水溶性标准液定标测定结果为佳。结论 标准液基质效应对临床测定结果有一定的影响 ,建议血清样品测定用血清校准液 ,水溶性样品用水溶性标准液。
Objective To study the results of the serum CRE,CHO,TG,CA,GLU,BUN,TP,ALB,UA,and urine CRE,CA by using difference calibration matrix.Methods Detected the above subjects by using serum calibration and water solution standard respectively,and processing the statistical test.Results Only the results of the CA had statistical difference in the 100 serum samples.The results of the CRE had significant difference in the 80 urine specimens.The results of the urine CRE had no statistical change by diluting 50 times.In the accuracy tests,the detection of CRE in water solution had the high accuracy through using water solution standard.In the recover test,the results of CRE in serum and urine were better by using serum calibration and using water solution standard respectively.Conclusions Calibration matrix effect had some influence in the clinical detection.Therefor,we suggest that serum samples detected by using serum calibrator and water solution samples detected by using water solution standard.
