高压氧对新生猪缺氧缺血性脑损伤保护作用的研究 被引量:12

THE PROTECTIVE EFFECT OF HYPERBARIC OXYGEN THERAPY ON PIGLET HYPOXIC ISCHEMIC BRAIN DAMAGE

摘要 使用新生猪复制新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤 (Hypoxicischemicbraindamage ,HIBD)模型 ,研究HBO(HyperbaricOxygen ,HBO)对HIBD的治疗作用。取 3 0只 7天仔猪使用改良Levine法复制HIBD模型后 ,随机分为HBO组 (1 6只 )和对照组 (1 4只 ) ,HBO组采用纯氧加压至 1 70kPa ,每天 1次 ,对照组无任何治疗。分别于缺氧缺血(HI)后 1天、7天处死每组各 1半的仔猪 ,观察两组 (1 )仔猪的病死率及神经系统症状 ;(2 )右颈总动脉血注速度VC、AV) ;(3 )动脉血气分析 ;(4 )脑重量。结果显示 ,HBO组病死率及神经症状发生率显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。第 1次HBO治疗后 ,HBO组rCAV明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5) ,低氧血症和代谢性酸中毒纠正速度明显快于对照组 ,(P <0 0 5)。HI后 1天和 7天两组脑重量均无显著差异 (P <0 0 5)。因此HBO治疗HIBD具有一定的效果 ,作为一种HIBD的治疗方法 ,以早期应用效果为佳。 Using piglets to replicate the animal model of hypoxic ischemic brain damage (HIBD) in newborn, we investigated the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy on experimental piglet HIBD). After they were produced HIBD by Levine's method, 30 (7-day-old) piglets were assigned randomly into control group (n=14) and HBO group (n=16) in which the piglets were administrated HBO 3 hours once a day. Half of piglets in two groups were killed in the 1st and 7 th day after hypoxic ischemic (HI) injury respectively. For these two groups, we observed (1)the mortality and the nervous symptoms; (2)the blood velocity in right carotid artery (rCAV); (3)the blood gas analysis; (4)the brain weight. Results showed: the mortality and the incidence of nervous symptoms in HBO group is less than those in control group (P<0.05). Hypoxia and metabolic acidosis in HBO group were corrected more rapidly than those in control group (P<0.05). The brain weight in two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Therefor, HBO therapy is effective on HIBD, and should be used early.
