摘要
用化学发光方法测定了阿拉伯—甘露聚糖制剂对小鼠巨噬细胞活性的影响.发现制剂不仅可增强小鼠巨噬细胞的活性,而且可增强小鼠巨噬细胞杀伤小鼠 S180肿瘤细胞的作用.提示制剂有可能作为一种非特异性免疫增强剂提高巨噬细胞杀伤病原微生物和肿瘤细胞的活性.
The effect of macrophage activity in mice induced by arabinomannan polysaccharide determined by chemiluminescence showed that arabinomanna polysaccharide might enhance the activity stimulated by Staphaureus and S180 ascites tumor cells.The result pointed out that this preparation might be used as a non-specific immunopotentiator and may kill tumor cells.
