在对与饭店员工流动率相关概念进行界定的基础上 ,对饭店员工流动的现状进行了说明 ;分析了饭店员工流动率过高的原因和员工流动率对饭店经营的影响 ;
Based on the definition of the turnover rate of hotel employees and its related conception,the author gives an account of the status of the turnover of hotel employees,analyses the reason for the high turnover rate of them and its effect on hotel operation and offers some measures for controling the employee turnover effectively.
