摘要
作者通过对马鹿冬季摄食的10种植物进行取样、烘干粉碎,手工制成混合的植物标本进行粪便模拟,并应用组织学显微技术进行分析,评价粪便分析法对确定植食动物食性研究的意义。结果表明,显微组织学技术可以定性或定量地确定植物混合样品中的植物组成,恰当地选用修正因子,样本处理方法和镜检技术水平,可取得较好的分析效果。
The results from the analysis of ten plant mixtures showed that the compositions of mixtures were determined accurately and qualitatively and described quantitatively within the ranges of limited errors by microhistological technique. The estimation errors of the results could be reduced by selecting and using the correction factors, the processing techniques and the microscopic examination methods fittingly. There were no significant influences of the mesh size and the sampling on the results of estimation.
