摘要
目的 :观察脑出血后Caspase 3的表达及中药制剂脑溢安的干预作用。方法 :用VⅡ型胶原酶于脑内定位注射诱导大鼠脑出血模型 ,用免疫组织化学法观测脑内Caspase 3表达的阳性神经元细胞与数目。结果 :大鼠脑出血后 12hCaspase 3表达增加 ,2 4hCaspase 3达到高峰 ,2d、4dCas pase 3逐步降低 ,7d仍有表达 ,均高于假手术组 (P <0 0 1)。脑溢安治疗组在脑出血后各时间点均较模型组明显减低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :大鼠脑出血后Caspase 3表达增加 ,脑溢安对Caspase 3有抑制作用。
Objective:Investigating the expressions of Caspase 3 after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) injury in rat brain and their regulation by Nao Yi An (NYA).Methods:VⅡ type collagenase was stereotaxically injected into the globas pallidus of rats,immunohistochemical analysis was employed to detect the Caspase 3 in rat brain tissues.Result:the expressions of Caspase 3 in model and NYA groups was increased after 12h,highest at 24h,and higher at 2d、4d、7d than in sham group.The Caspase 3 protein in NYA group was significantly lower than that in model group in all time points.Conclusion:The level of Caspase 3 protein was increased afte ICH injury in rat brain.NYA can markedly reduce Caspase 3 expression.
