摘要
利什曼原虫的LACK抗原是利什曼原虫的蛋白激酶C受体的同源物 ,是新发现的一种抗原蛋白。本实验用分子克隆的方法获得我国山丘疫区杜氏利什曼原虫编码LACK保护性抗原的基因片段 ,测序并对其序列分析比较。我国山丘疫区杜氏利什曼原虫 (L dSC10 )LACK抗原基因片段的大小为 94 2bp ,与GenBank中LACK的核苷酸序列一致性在 94 %以上 ,呈高度同源性 ;推导的氨基酸序列与GenBank中LACK的氨基酸序列一致性达 95 %以上 ,具有高度保守性 ;该蛋白质属于WD蛋白家族 ,有重要的生物学意义。
The LACK antigen from Leishmania is an analogue of the receptor for activated protein kinase C (PKC),it was discovered recently In this report we present and analyze sequence of the LACK encoding gene from Leishmania donovani isolates from hill foci of China(L d SC10) The fragment is 942bp in length The identities of nucleotide by comparison among Leishmania in Gene Bank are more than 94% Comparative sequence analysis of the amino acid deduced indicates that is highly conserved with 95% identity with Leishmania in Gene Bank It also indicates that the protein belongs to WD protein family
