摘要
非洲菊切花采后花序的可溶性蛋白质在初期 (3d内 )略有升高 ,后期下降 ;可溶性糖则呈下降趋势 ,在整个瓶插过程中 ,丙二醛 (MDA)的含量不断上升 ,细胞膜透性不断加大 .含糖保鲜剂可提高花序中的可溶性糖含量 ,延缓蛋白质的降解和保护细胞膜透性 。
The experiment is carried out to determine the changes in amount of malonaldehy de(MDA),membrane permeability,both soluble protein and sugar of cut gerbera.The results showed that throughout the flower vase life,the content of soluble protein increased at the earlier stage but decreased later .while content of soluble sugar decline continuously.Holding cut flowers in the preservation solution could relieve the accumulation of MDA,retard the reducing speed of both soluble protein and soluble sugar content in cut flower.This would improve the quality of cut flowers and prolong their vase life.
