载脂蛋白C研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 载脂蛋白C是血浆中一组水溶性的低分子量蛋白质 ,主要分布在乳糜微粒、极低密度和高密度脂蛋白 ,其生理功能目前尚未完全阐明 ,大量研究表明载脂蛋白C在脂蛋白代谢中发挥重要作用。本文对载脂蛋白CⅠ、CⅡ、CⅢ和CⅣ的结构功能、基因缺陷和基因多态性 。
