摘要
为探讨军队医院护理人员的有关情况 ,采用了问卷式调查法 ,对军人和聘用护士的基本素质 ,当前护理工作面临的难点 ,造成护理队伍不稳定的主要因素以及军人和聘用护士参加继续护理学教育的情况进行了分析 ;并提出了制定合理的文职护士编制数 。
To discuss the issue of nursing staff in military hospital, the author analyzed the basic diathesis of military and retaining nurses, current difficulty of nursing, main causes of unstable nursing team and continuing education with paper investigation. Put forward solution as setting down reasonable figure of civil service nurse and stabilizing cadreman of nursing staff.
