为探讨医院的建设 ,本文阐述了实行人本管理是医院文化建设的基础 ;鼓励创新是医院文化建设的精髓 ;形成人才辈出的氛围是医院文化建设的根本 ;
To inquire into the construction of hospital, the author illustrates the idea of setting humanism as base of hospital culture construction, setting encouraging innovation as spirit of hospital culture construction, setting atmosphere for talents as base of hospital culture construction, and setting high quality service as carrier of transmitting hospital culture.
