摘要
通过对聚乙烯醇生化降解动力学的研究,得到了降解PVA高分子物质的特种微生物群体,它的生命代谢规律,以及PVA高分子物质被生化降解的本质过程,采用生化动力学理论,以得到代表微生物生长繁殖,自身氧化等的动力学参数,作为生化处理工艺设计及运行管理的科学依据,可提高生化处埋的效率。
In this paper the kinetics about biochemical degradation of PolyvinylAlcohol is discussed.The work done in the research reveals the metabolismlaw of the colony of particular microorganism which can degrade highPolymer PVA and the essential process of degrading PVA.Some parametersconcerning growth reproduction and oxidation itself of the microorganismare got by theoretic analysis of biochemical kinetics.If these data areused for technological design and operational management of biochemicaltreatment,the efficiency of treatment will be raised.
