摘要
为了解糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者的临床证候特点 ,探讨其早期诊断思路与治法 ,对 42例患者进行临床症状、体征调查及证候辨证 ,结果显示肾虚髓亏、脾气不足、血行不畅在所有患者中均存在 ,为糖尿病性骨质疏松症的主证 ,提示该病的治则应以益肾、健脾、补髓、壮骨、活血相结合 。
To study the characteristics of clinical syndromes in diabetic osteoporosis and its early diagnostic and therapeutic methods.42 cases were differentiated according to clinical symptoms,signs and syndromes.The results showed that all patients presented dificiency of kidney and essence,deficiency of spleen QI and stagnation of blood,which were the main syndromes of diabetic osteoporosis.It indicates that the therapeutic principle in diabetic osteoporosis should be combination of invigorating kidney,spleen,essence,and reinforcing the bone as well as activating blood flow.The early diagnosis can be concluded based on the main syndromes and common symptoms.
