摘要
技术创新是企业发展的灵魂 ,研发人员是企业技术创新的主体 ,如何激励研发人员是关系企业生死存亡的问题 .本文在实证调查研究的基础上分析了我国研究开发人员报酬激励存在的问题 。
Technology innovation is the spirit of the enterprise development and R&D force is the main body during the innovation,then how to stimulate R&D force is the key problem. This paper analyzes the problems of the compensation incentive to R&D force in our country based on the questionnaire,then the principal of reward incentive and the suitable compensation structure model are given based on the incentive theory and agent theory.
