摘要
介绍了水果电特性参数的检测原理 ,讨论了在低频段 (0 .1~ 10 0 k Hz)内苹果和梨等水果电特性参数的频率特征 ,研究了水果品质与电特性参数之间的关系。提出了基于电特性参数无损检测的水果品质自动分选系统分类阈值的确定方法。试验结果表明 ,当苹果直径在 7~ 8.5 cm之间、等外品腐败部分直径大于 2 cm、电容传感器的测量频率为 1k Hz时 ,分类准确性可达到 80 %以上。
In this paper, the dielectric property of fruit and its nondestructive inspection were studied and the inspection principle of fruit dielectric property was introduced. The relations between quality and dielectric property of apple and pear in low frequency segment (0 1~100 kHz) were investigated. An automatically classifying method based on fruit dielectric property was developed and proposed. The results of experiments indicate that the sorting accuracy of this method is higher than 80% when the diameters of inspected apples are located between 7 0 cm to 8 5 cm, the diameter of defective part of a decaying apple is larger than 2 cm and working frequency of a capacitive sensor is 1 kHz.
