摘要
目的 :建立感冒上清片中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,并进行方法学考察 ,采用HYPERiL -ODS柱 ,甲醇 -水 (40 :6 0 )并以稀醋酸调至pH4 .0为流动相 ,检测波长 2 78nm。结果 :黄芩苷进样量在 1.5 μg/ml～ 7.5 μg/ml范围内内线性良好 ,r =0 .9997,平均加样回收率为 99.5 % ,RSD为0 .92 %。结论 :以反相高效液相色谱法测定制剂中黄芩苷的方法 。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of astragalin in Ganmaoshangqing Tablet (GMSQ). Method: Applying reverse HPLC, HYPERRil-ODS was used for column, methanol-water (40:60) prepared with dilute acetic acid to PH4.0 for mobile phase, detective wave 278 nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear within 1.5～7.5 μg/ml and the correlation coefficient was 0.9997. The average recovery rate was 99.5%, with RSD=0.92%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of astragalin in GMSQ.
