摘要
比较观察了建立条件性味觉厌恶学习前后 ,成年 SD大鼠丘脑内内源性亮脑啡肽的表达水平 .发现条件性味觉厌恶学习组大鼠丘脑外侧背核、丘脑内侧背核外侧部以及丘脑腹后内侧核内亮脑啡肽免疫阳性神经元数目显著少于对照组 .揭示脑内一些核团亮脑啡肽表达在条件性味觉厌恶学习过程中发挥作用 .
The expression of endogenous Leu-enkephalin (LEK) in 5 parts of the thalamus is comparatively researched in adult rats,before and after the acquisition of conditioned taste aversion (CTA),respectively.The result showed that immunoreactive neurons in the laterodorsal thalamic nucleus,the lateral part of the mediodorsal thalamic nucleus and the ventral posteromedial thalamic nucleus decreased distinctively after CTA,which suggested that endogenous LEK in these nucleus may play an important role in the acquisition of CTA.
