镍—磷—聚四氟乙烯非电复合镀镀液的多次再生及它们的镀层性能 被引量:1

摘要 本文用化学滴定法研究了镍-磷-聚四氟乙烯非电复合镀镀液中的次磷酸钠、亚磷酸钠和硫酸钠浓度在施镀过程中的变化规律;提出了一个适用于本镀体系再生方法的操作曲线;研究了再生镀液的稳定性及其表征方法;检测了由再次液所得镀层的物理与力学性 能  。为 镍-磷-聚四氟乙烯非电复合镀的连续化操作准备了技术数据,为工业化生产工艺的选择提供了依据。 The experimental results obtained in this paper indicate that the stability of electroless nickel-phosphorus-polytetrafluoroethylene(EN-PTFE)bath depends mainly on Ni(H2 PO3)2 precipitating,and that the bath stability can be maintained if the concentration of H2PO-3 is controlled under 0.36M.Being regenerated more than 10 times by rejecting a ertain amount of used bath and adding a proper amount of fresh one,the can still work quite well.The codepositing rate of the regenerated bath appreacher to those of the fresh one.The properties of the composite coating from the regenerated bath,such as hardness,friction coefficient and adhesion strength between the coating and substrate are also similar to those of the fresh one.
