摘要
数控加工中,平面曲线的圆弧插补前,先要在曲线上取节点。在分析了传统的等弦长法和等误差法取点的不足后,提出了一种基于曲率分析的平面曲线获取节点的方法。对一条三次B样条平面曲线的处理结果表明,本方法所产生的节点数比等弦长法和等误差法所产生的节点数明显减少。
In NC machining, the points must be obtained from plane curve before it is interpolated by arc. After analyzing the drawbacks of conventional equal length chord method and equal error method, a method of obtaining points from plane curve based on curvature analysis is presented. Through handling with a cubic B-Spline plane curve, it shows that the number of points generated by this method is largely reduced compared with the two methods above.
