摘要
高新技术产业区位的研究已逐步成为城市经济理论研究中非常活跃的领域。本文借助地理信息系统(GIS)手段 ,实证研究了上海市高新技术企业 ,探讨了高新技术产业企业区位选择的特殊性。发现作为高新技术企业创新源的高校及科研院所 ,与高新技术产业之间存在着区位上的相互接近性 ;另一方面 ,由于市中心区高昂地价和过度城市化所造成的限制 ,高新技术产业的区位又具有向已有一定发展的边缘城市分散。
The research in the location of high-tech factory has become one of the most active areas in the urban economy theory study.This paper takes Shanghai high-tech company as a case and discussed the particularity of high-tech industry's location choice by GIS.At last we come to the conclusion.On one hand,college and university as regional innovation sources have adjacent with high-tech industry.On the other hand,due to the limit caused by high land price in downtown and over-urbanization,the location has the trend of conglomeration and decentralization to edge city.
