摘要
本文运用复合DEA方法 ,提出了测度和评价企业知识管理绩效的方法 ,能够找出被测度企业与同行进企业之间的差距 ,并探明其原因所在 ,促使企业从组织行为角度去审视其知识管理活动 ,发现问题所在及产生的原因。所提出的方法为企业评价、跟踪和实时监测其知识管理活动提供了理论依据和实施准则。
An improved composite DEA method is used to evaluate the performance of knwledge management in some knowledge-extensive enterprises. It is proved to be helpful for enterprises not only discover the gap between themselves and excellent enterprises in the same field,but also to find out what the matter is. Accordingly, it triggers enterprises to scam their knowledge management activity from the point of view of organizational behavior and further reveals the causes of the relatively inefficiency. Consequently, this method provides theoretic foundation and real rules for enterprises to estimate, track and inspect their knowledge manageme4nt activity.
