摘要
氧气直接液相氧化邻硝基甲苯一步合成邻硝基苯甲醛 ,成本低 ,污染少 ,腐蚀性小。反应以有机胺为溶剂 ,在 5℃ ,催化剂加入量 0 .0 5 g,反应时间 4 .5 h条件下 ,邻硝基甲苯转化率为 4 1% ,邻硝基苯甲醛得率为36 % ,同时对反应机理也作了初步探讨 。
o Nitrobenzaldehyde was prepared via liquid phase autoxidation of o nitrotoluene in oganic amine solvents. The process friendly to environment possesses advantages of low cost and clean production. Under favorable conditions the reactant conversion and the product yield are 41% and 36%, respectively. The reaction mechanism was discussed.
