摘要
评价了一系列中性水杨醛亚胺镍 (Ⅱ )膦配合物在烷基铝作用下催化丙烯二聚反应的性能 ,并从铝镍比 ,烷基铝助剂的种类 ,丙烯压力 ,水杨醛亚胺配体上不同取代基等方面进行了考察 .结果表明 ,这一催化体系对丙烯二聚具有相当高的活性(30 0 0 0~ 10 0 0 0 0h-1)和较高的二聚选择性 (40 %~ 70 % ) ;二聚体以 4 甲基戊烯为主 ,含部分 2 甲基戊烯和己烯 。
The performance of a series of neutral salicylaldiminato Ni(Ⅱ) complexes containing phosphine ligand was tested in dimerization of propylene activated by organoaluminium cocatalyst. Moreover, the effects of Al/Ni ratio, propylene pressure, alkyl aluminum and different substituted groups in salicylaldimine ligand on the reaction were investigated. The results indicated that the catalytic activity of this system for dimerization of propylene is high and the selectivity is high too. 4 Methylpentenes are the main product of the dimers, the other dimers are composed of some 2 methylpentenes and hexenes besides minor 2, 3 dimethylbutenes.
