摘要
基于 p H=3.6的 HAc- Na Ac介质中 ,3,3′,5 ,5′-四甲基联苯胺 (TMB)与 NO-2 定量反应生成的TMB- TMB亚胺电荷迁移络合物在 370 nm处具有最大吸收峰 ,建立了一种紫外分光光度测定 NO-2 的新方法。方法线性范围为 0— 1.2 mg/L,表观摩尔吸光系数为 4 .6 9× 10 4L·mol-1·cm-1,该法应用于电镀废液和水样中 NO-2 的测定 。
A new method for determination of nitrite with 3,3′,5,5′ tetramethylbenzidine(TMB) was proposed.In a medium of HAc NaAc(pH=3.6),TMB can be oxidized by nitrite,forming a TMB TMB imine complex with its absorption maximum at 370nm and an apparent molar absorptivity of 4.69×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beer′s law is been used to obeyed in a NO - 2 concentration range of 0-1.2mg/L.The method is safe and accurate It has determined nitrite in various water samples with satisfactory results.
