摘要
本文研究了在氨 -氯化铵缓冲溶液中 ,有吐温 - 2 0存在下 ,铝 ( )与苯基荧光酮 (PF)的显色反应 ,提出一个灵敏度高 ,简便、快速测定微量铝的分光光度法。络合物的最大吸收波长为 5 5 5 nm,Al( )与 PF的络合比为 1∶ 2 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.34× 10 5L· mol-1· cm-1,有色络合物稳定 3h以上 ,铝含量在 0—5 μg/ 2 5 m L范围内符合比耳定律。该法用于环境水样中微量铝的测定 。
In the medium of ammonia\|ammonium chloride buffer solution,the color reaction of aluminium(Ⅲ) with phenylfluorone(PF) in the presence of Tween\|20 was investigated.A spectrophotometric method for determining trace aluminium was established.The method is sensitive,simple and quick.The complex has a maximum absorption wavelength at 555nm.The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.34 ×10\+5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .The molar ratio of aluminium(Ⅲ) to PF in the complex was found to be 1∶2 .The color complex is stable for at least 3h.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0_5μg/25mL for aluminium.This method has been applied to the determination of trace aluminium(Ⅲ) in environmental water with satisfactory results.
