摘要
在介绍高压断路器的双稳态永磁操动机构和单稳态永磁操动机构的基础上,采用有限元法分别计算了双稳态和单稳态永磁操动机构的静态磁场分布,分析了两种结构永磁操动机构的保持力大小和永磁材料的结构、布置方式以及尺寸的关系;分析了双稳态和单稳态永磁操动机构在分闸和合闸过程中的速度特性,对两种永磁操动机构的特性进行了对比分析.
This paper presents bistable permanent magnetic actuator (PMA) and monostable PMA for high-voltage circuit breaker. Finite element method is adapted to calculate the static magnetic field of bistable and monostable PMA, analyze retentiveness of two kinds of PMA and relation of structure, disposal mode and dimension of permanent magnetic material. The velocity behavior of open and close course of bistable and monostable PMA was analyzed.The behavior of two kinds of PMA is compared and analyzed.
