摘要
在分析三电平逆变器控制要求的基础上,利用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)技术开发了一种三电平空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)控制集成电路,为交流驱动提供了一种简单有效的方案.同时给出了仿真和试验结果以验证该电路的可行性.
By analyzing the control demand for three-level inverter, a SVPWM control integrated circuit(IC) for three level inverter has been developed using the state-of-the-art field-programmable gate array (FPGA) technology ,and a simple and effective solution for AC drivers is provided. Simulation and experimental results are given to verify the availability of the IC designed for three level inerter.
