摘要
针对酸性废水中和过程中的中和剂浓度波动大及中和反应严重滞后的问题,建立了中和工段控制对象--废水中和值的数学模型,采用串级调节系统对中和过程进行控制,并设计了以8031为核心的单片机硬件控制系统,编写了以大时滞采样算法和PI算法为核心的软件程序.
Aimed at the large fluctuation of neutralization agent concentration and the serious lag of neutralization action during the process of acid waste water neutralization, a mathematical model of the controlled object-pH-value of waste water neutralization is built up. Adopting double-closed-loop accommodate system, the hardware circuit with the core of the 8031 single-chip microcomputer has been designed and the software program with the core of the large-lag sampling algorithm and PI strategy has been designed.
