摘要
目的 探讨微量元素氟在妊娠前后对母子两代产生的综合影响。方法 成年雌性小鼠分别在孕期及孕前期始自由饮用 2 0 0mg/L含氟水 ,观察其交配率、受孕率、胎 (仔 )鼠体重变化、母子两代甲状腺形态与功能的变化。结果 各组小鼠的交配率及受孕率差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;实验组各期胎仔鼠的体重大于对照组 ,以出生后 7d差别最明显 (P <0 0 0 1) ;孕期摄氟组母子两代的血T4水平均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 0 1) ;实验组甲状腺形态与功能的变化相一致。结论 高氟对雌性小鼠的生殖和胎仔鼠的发育存在一定的毒性影响 。
Objective To study the toxic effects of fluoride on the pregnant mice and their offsprings during and after pregnancy. Methods Female adult mice were fed with 200 mg/L sodium fluoride solution freely. The mating rate, pregnant rate, change of body weight of their offsprings as well as morphology and function of the thyroids in mother mice and their offsprings were observed.Results There was no difference in mating rate and pregnant rate( P >0.05); The body weight of fatal and newborn mice in two experimental groups were significantly higher than that in control group especially seven days after birth( P < 0.001 ); T 4 concentration in mother mice drinking high fluoride solution during pregnancy and in their offsprings were higher than that in control group ( P < 0.01 or 0.001 );The changes in morphology was consistant with functional changes.Conclusion There are some toxic effects of high concentration fluoride on reproduction of female mice and development of fetal and newborn mice; Morphological and functional changes in thyroid glands of mother mice and their offsprings induced by fluoride interfere the development of their offsprings.
