摘要
计算、分析了C形钢腿部长度、侧壁高度、型材弯曲外半径、屈服极限、每个成型道次中相邻边部分的弯曲角和总的成型角、型材厚度、成型辊表面曲率半径变化对冷弯C型钢腿部弯曲处成型辊上最大压力的影响程度 。
This paper analyzes influence factor of maximum_pressure on roller of the surface of cold bend C steel under influence of length of leg,high of lateral side,bending angle α 1(α 2) and α c,bending_radius of steel,yield strength,thickness of plate and bending radius of roller.The computation results have a directive function to an advance of quality of products and production of analogical products.
