摘要
目的 观察不同浓度氟泡沫对脱矿牙釉质表面显微硬度值的影响。方法 将牙釉质块随机分为A、B两组 ,脱矿 30min后在两组牙釉质表面分别涂布 0 .9%中性氟化钠氟泡沫和 1.2 3%酸性氟磷酸盐氟泡沫 4min ,并在人工唾液中浸泡 30min、2 4h后测定牙釉质表面显微硬度值。结果 两组不同浓度氟泡沫涂布后牙釉质表面显微硬度值均有显著提高 ,人工唾液浸泡 30min和 2 4h ,涂布 1.2 3%酸性氟磷酸盐氟泡沫组的牙釉质表面显微硬度值均高于 0 .9%中性氟化钠氟泡沫组 ,统计学检验 30min时有显著差异 ,2 4h无差异。结论 两种浓度的氟泡沫均可使牙釉质表面显微硬度显著提高 ,1.2 3%酸性氟磷酸盐氟泡沫影响效果优于 0 .9%中性氟化钠氟泡沫。
Objective To investigate the influence of fluoride foam of different concentration on microhardness of demineralized enamel surface.Methods Demineralized enamel blocks,randomly divided into two groups,were varnished by 0.9 % neutral fluorid foam and 1.23 % acidic fluoride foam respectively.After immersed 30min and 24h in artificial salivary,the microhardness data of enamel blocks were tested by M-style microhaardness meter.Results After varnished by fluoride foam,surface microhardness of two-group demineralized enamel blocks was improved.Enamel surface microhardness dealed with 1.23% acidic fluoride foam was higher than that dealed with 0.9% meutral fluoride foam at 30min(P< 0.05 ),at 24h(P> 0.05 ).Conclusion Both fluoride foam can improve microhardness of enamel surface,the influence of 1.23% acidic fluoride flam on microhardness of enamel surface is superior to that of 0.9 % neutral fluoride foam.
