摘要
采用ＨＰＬＣ二级管阵列检测法建立川芎不同提取物的血清指纹图谱，用１４Ｃ５ＨＴ释放法和４５Ｃａ掺入法测定相应含药血清的抗血小板释放５ＨＴ作用和阻滞血管内皮细胞钙通道作用，分析比较两者之间的关系，探索开展中药血清药化学与中药血清药理学协同研究的方法。

The finger chromatographies of serum with Abstracts from Lisgusticum chuanxiong Hort.were charted by HPLC with diodelogic.The effects of the serum,antirelease of 5-HT from platelet and inhibiting Ca^2+ transport toward rabbit blood endotheliocytus,were studied by the method of PSCD.Compared of these results,this paper explored the co-operation methods between PSCD and PCSCD.
