摘要
红花50、500、200mg生药/kgiv,均能使大鼠心率显著减慢(p<0.05),左室内压(LVP)、左室内压最大变化速率(±dp/dtmax)、等容收缩和零负荷情况下心肌收缩成分缩短速度(dp/dt/CPIP、Vmax)呈现不同程度的抑制效应。红花50、250mg生药/L灌流大鼠离体心脏能使冠脉流量(CF)明显增加(p<0.05),结果提示红花有益于心脏缺血疾病的防治。
The effect of Carthamus tinctorius (CTT) on myocardial contractility and pump function was studied in the isolated working heart of rats.CTT(50,500,2000mg/L) decreased heart rate(HR) significantly.The left ventricular pressure(LVP),the maximal rate of rise and fall of the left ventricular prtssure (±dp/dt max ) were significantly decreased after administration CTT at 2000mg/L. Coronary and aorta flow were significantly increased at the concentration of 50 and 250mg/L.The result suggested that CTT had protective effect on cardiac ischemia in rats.
