摘要
目的:比较生脉注射液(ISM)与西地兰(DSNS)对阿霉素(ADR)引起心脏损伤的保护作用。方法:以ADR处理Wistar大鼠造成心脏损伤模型,同时ipISM、DSNS,到期测血中SGOT、LDH及同功酶、HBDH、SOD、MDA并进行心肌病理检查。结果:ISM、DSNS组与ADR组相比,血中SOD升高,MDA降低。ISM组SGOT、LDH、HBDH及LDH1/LDH2比值降低,心肌病理计分下降。DSNS组除LDH1/LDH2比值降低外,血中SGOT、LDH、HBDH无显著性差异,心肌病理检查提示轻度保护作用,但无统计学意义。
Objective:To observe the protective effect of injection of Shengmai (SM) and Deslanosidum (Des) on cardioc toxicity of adriamycin (ADR) in rat. Methods:The protective effect was studied in the model of Wistar rat used adriamycin and ADR was ip with or without ISM or Des qd for 9d.The activity of serum glutamic oxalacetic transaminase (GOT),lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and isoenzyme,α hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBDH),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the concentration of malodialdehyde (MDA) were assayed.At the same time,the rat's mycardial pathomorphism was deteted. Results:As compared with the ADR group,the activity of serum SOD was increased and that of serun MDA,LDH,HBDH and the ratio of LDH 1/LDH 2 were decreased in ISM group,but in Des group only was the tatio of LDH 1/LDH 2 decreased.They also inhibit the extent of mycardial pathological damege,but it has no significance in Des group. Conclusion:The protective effect of Shengmai on the adriamycin cardiotoxicity in rats is stronger than that of deslanosidum.
