摘要
用心肌缺血预适应的实验模型,观察了川芎嗪的药理性预适应对麻醉大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。实验结果表明:川芎嗪20mg/kg 和40mg/kg 于冠状动脉结扎前连续静脉给药5 分钟,能降低大鼠缺血再灌注时室颤( VF) 和室速(VT) 的发生率、心肌梗塞面积和血浆乳酸脱氢酶(LDH) 增高的程度;推迟心律失常发生的开始时间,缩短其持续时间。这种保护作用与预适应产生的结果一致。
Protection of pharmacological preconditioning by litustrazini was observed on myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury in the anesthetized rat using the experimental model of ischemic preconditioning (IP). The results showed that the pharmacological preconditioning induced by litustrazini (20mg/kg and 40mg/kg) reduced the incidence of ventricular tachycardia (VT) and ventricular fibrillation (VF), mean duration of VT plus VF during the period of ischemia and reperfusion, delayed the onset time of VT plus VF. The rise of plasma level of LDH and the infarct size were attenuated, which was consistent with protection of IP. Thus, it was concluded that litustrazini could produce IP to protect myocardium from injury of ischemia and reperfusion.
