摘要
以 4、7、9 4g/kg剂量的桂枝汤于致炎前三天开始灌胃给药 ,可显著抑制佐剂性关节炎大鼠的急性足爪肿胀和继发性足肿胀 ,明显抑制继发性关节炎关节液中IL -1 β、TNF- α的活性 ,桂枝汤低剂量还可降低关节液中的PGE2 含量。提示桂枝汤具有防治佐剂性关节炎的作用 ,其抑制炎症细胞因子的活性和炎症介质的含量 ,应是其抗炎作用的机理之一。
Guizhi Decoction (GZD) can significantly inhibit primary acute inflammatory swelling and secondary inflammatory reaction in rats and inhibit the activity of IL-1β、TNF-α in joint fluids of secondary arthritis by giving GZD (4.7, 9.4g/kg, ig) three days before modeling. And GZD (4.7g/kg, ig) can significantly decrease the level of PGE 2 also. The results indicate GZD can prevent and cure adjuvant arthritis in rats. GZD inhibiting the activity of cytokines and decreasing the level of inflammation mediators maybe one of its anti-inflammation mechanism.
