摘要
用利血平、东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠复制小鼠记忆障碍模型 ,应用Y型电迷宫和跳台法测定模型动物的记忆能力 ,同时观察该药对脑组织单胺类神经递质、胆碱酯酶活性的影响。结果表明 ,通脉益智胶囊能提高小鼠的记忆能力 ,提高记忆的正确率 ,减少错误次数 ,延长潜伏期时间 ,缩短跑至安全区时间。还能调节单胺类神经递质含量 ,降低胆碱酯酶活性 ,提示其作用机理可能与改善脑组织胆碱能神经和肾上腺素能神经功能、抑制胆碱酯酶活性有关。
Objective: To study the effect of TYC on the memory of different model animals and its mechanism. Methods: Reserpine anisodamine, and sodium nitrate (NaNO 2) were used to induce the memory impairment of mouse. And the model mice were treated with TYC. The memory of the mice were observed by 'Y' electric labrinth and jumping stand method, meanwhile the effects of the capsule on cerebral monoamine neurotransmitter and the activity of cholineserase were determined. Result: TYC could improve the memory of different model mice, increase the accuracy of memory, prolong the latent time, and reduce errors as well as the time for running to the secure area. There is a significant difference (P<0.05) between the two groups when compared with the control group. The capsule could also regulate the content of monoamine neurotransmitter, and reduce the activity of cholinesterase with a marked difference (P<0.05) when compared with the model group. Conclusion: TYC could increase the memory of mice, and its mechanism might have relationship with promothing the function of cerebral cholinergic nerve and adrenergic nerve, and inhibit the avtivity of cholinesterase.
