摘要
介绍了在 5 0 0kV超高压线下路堑开挖深孔控制爆破的工程实例 ,论述了爆破方案确定 ,参数设计及主要的安全措施。针对复杂的爆破环境 ,采用光面爆破 ,确保边坡稳定 ;严格控制最小抵抗线作用方向 ,加强炮孔堵塞质量 ,有效地控制了飞石的飞散高度 ,保证了超高压线的安全 。
In this paper, an engineering example of deep-hole controlled blasting in cutting excavation under 500 kV superhigh voltage line of K178+429~K179+100 section of Beijing-to-Zhuhai expressway is introduced and the determination of blasting scheme, the design of blasting paremeters, main safety precautions. For complicated environment conditions, smooth blasting was used to ensure side-slope steadier. A series of technological measures such as strict control of minimum burden, strengthen in a blasthole stemming quality and effective control of flying rock's flying height are adopted, thus achieving blasting safety and predieted blasting results.
