摘要
用红外光谱法研究天蚕茧层丝蛋白结构,发现新的天蚕茧已有某种程度被氧化,且河南天蚕茧比东北天蚕茧氧化更甚;用柞蚕茧氧化实验证明了天蚕茧1530cm^(-1)谱峰强度降低的原因和1320cm^(-1)、770cm^(-1)两谱峰的由来,并对后面两个谱峰给予了归属;建立了桑蚕、柞蚕和天蚕茧丝蛋白鉴别的红外光谱方法。
The researches conducted on the fibroin structure of yamamai cocoon layers by infrared spectrum reveal that fresh yamamai cocoons are oxidized to a certain extent, more severely for Henan's yamamai cocoon than for Northeast China's. The causes of declining intensity of yamamai cocoon spectral peak 1530cm^(-1) and the occurrences of the two spectral peaks 1320cm^(-1) and 770cm^(-1) are investigated through experiments of tussah cocoons oxidation. The categories of the latter two spectral peaks are determined, and the methods of infrared spectral analysis are established for identifying the fibroins of mulberry, tussah and yamamai coccons.
