慢性心房颤动对人心房肌细胞内游离钙浓度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 用激光共聚焦显微镜技术 ,以Fluo 3作为钙指示剂 ,对急性分离的风湿性心脏病 (RHD)慢性心房颤动 (AF)和RHD窦性心律患者的心房肌细胞内游离Ca2 + 浓度进行比较、测定。观察RHD慢性AF患者心房肌细胞内是否存在钙超载。结果 :RHD慢性AF患者心房肌细胞内游离Ca2 + 浓度明显高于窦性心律患者心房肌细胞内游离Ca2 +浓度 (5 17± 98vs 2 6 2± 6 5nmol/L ,P <0 .0 1)。研究提示RHD慢性AF可以引起患者心房肌细胞内Ca2 + To find out whether atrial fibrillation(AF) leads to intracellular calcium overload in atrial myocytes,intracellular free calcium concentration in acute isolated atrial myocytes of rheumantic heart disease(RHD) patients with AF and with sinus rhythm was measured with laser scanning cofocal microscopy technique using the fluoresent Ca 2+ indicator Fluo 3.Result:Intracellular free calcium concentration of patients with AF was significantly higher than that of patients with sinus rhythm(517±98 vs 262±65 nmol/L, P <0.01).Conclution:Chronic AF could lead to intracellular calcium overload in atrial myocytes of human.
