摘要
“互联网+”环境给高职院校图书馆带来了新的机遇与挑战。本文分析了高职院校图书馆个性化服务现状,以湖南铁路科技职业技术学院图书馆为例,从图书采购、馆藏流通和读者服务三方面阐述了其个性化服务实践,提出要明确高职院校学生特点,充分利用新媒体、新媒介展开服务;合理利用二八定律与长尾理论;根据本校学科特色,提供专业化、学科化的知识服务等高职院校图书馆在“互联网+”背景下优化个性化服务的建议与思考。
The "Internet + " environment has brought new opportunities and challenges to higher vocational college libraries. This paper analyzes the status quo of personalized service in higher vocational college libraries. Taking the library of Hunan Vocational College of Railway Technology as an example, it expounds its personalized service practice from the aspects of book procurement, collection circulation and reader service, and proposes to clarify higher vocational education. Characteristics of college students, make full use of new media and new media to develop services; rationally utilize the 28th law and long tail theory; provide professional and disciplinary knowledge services, etc. according to the characteristics of the university's disciplines in the Internet +, suggestions and reflections on optimizing personalized services in the context.
