摘要
经济新常态下推行的"供给侧"结构性改革,对本科应用型人才就业创业培养理念、培养模式的影响日益凸显,如何客观评价大学生就业创业能力成为业界关注的热点。通过解读"供给侧"结构性改革内涵,落实"大众创业万众创新"的精神,从产业结构、市场需求、科技创业三方面入手,结合现有人才评价机制,给出适应新时代的本科应用型人才就业创业能力评价方法,为"中国制造2025"和"一带一路"提供人才服务和智力支持。
The supply-side structural reform carried out under the new normal state of economy has an increasingly prominent impact on the concept and training mode of employment and entrepreneurship training for applied talents. How to objectively evaluate the employment entrepreneurship ability of college students has become a hot spot in the industry.By interpreting the connotation of supply-side structural reform and carrying out the spirit of mass entrepreneurship innovation,the paper begins with the three aspects of industrial structure,market demand and scientific and technological entrepreneurship,combines with the existing talent evaluation mechanism and offers the evaluation method of undergraduate applied talents employment and entrepreneurship ability adapting to the new era,which provides talent service and intellectual support for Made in China 2025 and the Belt and Road.
