摘要
研究了以减底渣油为原料,减顶拔头油为主溶剂、微分离剂A为副剂的复合溶剂,对减底渣油进行脱碱性助剂B的实验。考察得到碱性助剂B随剂油比、萃取温度、萃取时间、微分离剂添加量的变化规律。实验结果表明:在剂油(质量)比为2∶1、萃取温度为70℃、萃取时间为30 min、微分离剂A添加量为2.0%(质量)的条件下碱性助剂B的抽提率可达到95%~98%、减底渣油pH值为7.5~8.3。脱助剂B后的渣油与装置自产重油调合成250#商品燃料油,实现全装置废渣零排放。
In this paper,we experiment on the reducing base residuum as raw material with a compound solvent made up of reducing top oil as the main solvent and the micro-separation agent A as the auxiliary agent to get rid of alkaline additive B.We’ve achieved the varying pattern of the extraction rate of the alkaline additive B with solvent-oil ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time and the addition quantity of micro-separation agent.Experimental results show that under the condition of solvent-oil(quality) ratio at 2∶1,extracting temperature at 70 ℃,extraction time at 30 min,and addition quantity of micro-separating agent A at 2.0 %(mass),the extraction rate of alkaline agent B can reach to 95 %~98 %,and PH value of the reducing base residuum between 7.5 to 8.3.After removing the additive B,the residual oil and the plant’s self-produced heavy oil can be synthesized to produce 250# commercial fuel oil,which realized zero discharge of waste residue of the whole device.
