摘要
某船1#柴油主机在低速时横向振动剧烈,振动信号频谱上存在一个明显突出的异常频率成分。文章测量了柴油机及其隔振系统的固有频率,异常振动频率成分接近系统的横向固有频率,具有明显的共振特征。振动剧烈的原因是隔振器和激励源存在问题。调整了供油系统和更换了全部(8个)隔振器后,振动明显降低。
The lateral vibration of a ship 1# diesel engine is severe at low speed,and there is a prominent abnormal frequency component in the spectrum of the vibration signal.The paper measures the natural frequency of the diesel engine and its vibration isolation system.The abnormal vibration frequency component is close to the transverse natural frequency of the system and has obvious resonance characteristics.The reason for the severe vibration is that there is a problem with the vibration isolator and the excitation source.After adjusting the oil supply system and replacing all eight isolators,the vibration is significantly reduced.
