摘要
针对海水系统在运行过程中,由于工作环境差异导致海水泵独立失效率不同,同舱室海水泵存在共因失效的问题,考虑到基于相同单元独立失效的可靠性分析方法不能准确分析海水系统的多状态可靠性,文章提出一种在包含共因失效的相同单元存在不同独立失效率的情况下,结合通用生成函数和马尔科夫过程的多状态可靠性分析的新方法,建立基于通用生成函数的多状态系统可靠性分析模型,通过马尔科夫过程计算得到系统各状态的概率,利用通用生成函数评估系统稳态和瞬态的可靠性指标。通过算例分析,验证方法的正确性和可行性。
In view of the fact that the independent failure rate of Sea water pump is different due to the difference of working environment during the operation of sea water system,the problem of common cause failure of sea water pump in the same compartment is discussed in this paper.Considering that the reliability analysis 'method based on independent failure of the same unit can not accurately analyze the multi-state reliability of seawater system,a new method is proposed for different independent failure rates of the same unit with common cause failure. Combined with the new method of multi-state reliability analysis of universal generating function and Markov process,the reliability analysis model of multi-state system based on universal generating function is established, and the probability of each state of the system is calculated by Markov process.Using universal students the reliability index of steady state and transient state of the system is evaluated by function.The correctness and feasibility of the method are verified by an example.
