摘要
当前各高校图书馆由于经费限制压缩了纸质图书的复本量,使馆际互借图书数量剧增,给图书馆带来了人员不足与服务数量不断增长的矛盾。面对这一矛盾,提出了利用物联网技术实现馆际互借管理和服务智能化的观点,从研究意义、目的和文献调研情况3方面介绍了本研究的背景,详细阐述了实现馆际互借智能化的技术核心、工作原理以及结构模型,提出了利用"互联网+"、云计算、物联网技术和智能化设备,实现馆际互借服务智能化的功能设计,包括智能管理层和智能服务层两个层面的功能设计,最后指出,馆际互借服务智能化可以优化馆际互借环境和提高服务效率,建立"人机交互"的馆际互借泛在服务模式以及促进馆际互借服务的发展。
At present,the university libraries have reduced the amount of copies of paper books due to financial constraints,and the number of interlibrary loan books has soared. This has brought the contradiction between the shortage of staff and the increasing number of services for the library. Faced with this contradiction,this paper puts forward the idea of using Internet of Things technology to realize the intelligent management and service of interlibrary loan,introduces the background of this study from the three aspects of the study’s significance,purpose and literature research,elaborates the technical core,working principle and structural model to realize interlibrary loan intelligentization,puts forward the function design of interlibrary loan service intellectualization based on "Internet+",cloud computing,Internet of Things technology and intelligent equipment,including two levels of intelligent management layer and intelligent service layer,finally,points out that the intelligentization of interlibrary loan service can optimize the interlibrary loan environment and improve the service efficiency,establish the interlibrary loan ubiquitous service mode of "human-computer interaction"and promote the development of interlibrary loan service.
