“课程游戏化项目”背景下江苏省幼儿园课程建设的效果与启示——基于教师评价的视角 被引量:56

Effect of and Enlightenment for Kindergarten Curriculum Construction in Jiangsu Province under the Background of “Curriculum Gamification Project”

摘要 幼儿园课程改革是学前教育改革的核心内容,也是学前教育质量整体提升的关键。为深入了解江苏省推行"课程游戏化项目"的效果,本研究采用自编问卷,以分层抽样的方式,对苏中、苏南、苏北地区5市共90所幼儿园3742名教师进行了问卷调查,结果显示从整体来看此次改革极大地促进了江苏省幼儿园的课程建设水平,主要表现在教师课程观念更新、课程活动形式多样、课程资源开发活跃、课程审议普及、教师课程策略选择更为灵活、课程建设倾向于以园为本、教师专业能力得到了提升等方面,但同时也发现存在对家长育儿需求关照不足、农村园所缺乏专业引领、教师课程参与内容较窄和参与比例不高等问题。在总结改革经验的基础上,未来需要进一步深化改革,从构建良好课程生态的视角出发,关注课程改革过程中多因素的协同作用。 Thekindergarten curriculum reform is the core content of early childhood education reform, and it is also the key to.improve preschool education quality wholly.To know deeply the effect of Curriculum Gamification Project promoted in Jiangsu Province and learn more about the status of kindergarten curriculum in Jiangsu Province.At the same time,to provide lessons and experience to curriculum reforms in other regions,this study used a self-administered questionnaire and conducted a questionnaire survey for 3742 teachers in 90 kindergartens of five cities in Suzhong,Su'nan,and Subei.Overall,this reform has greatly promoted the level of curriculum construction in kindergartens in Jiangsu Province.It is mainly reflected in the updating of teachers'concepts,various forms of activities,the development of curriculum resources,the popularization of curriculum deliberation,the more flexible selection of teachers'curriculum strategies.Curriculum construction tends to be more according to schools'situation and teachers'professional abilities are improved a lot.However,the survey also found that there are still some problems in the curriculum construction of kindergartens in Jiangsu Province,including inadequate care for needs of parents, lack of professional guidance in rural kindergartens,and participation of teachers in course participation with narrow and low participation.Based on analyzing and summarizing the successful experience of reform, the researcher proposed the suggestion to deepen reform and pay more attention about cooperative effect of multi factors during curriculum reform considering good ecological construction for curriculum.
