摘要
局部感应加热推弯成形技术是成形高强油气输送管道中厚壁弯管的重要方法。然而,厚壁热煨弯管局部感应加热推弯成形是一个集几何、物理和边界三重非线性为一体的复杂成形过程,具有电磁-热-力多物理场耦合、非稳态和非等温的变形特征。为了有效促进该技术的完善和推广应用,分别从宏观和微观角度评述了厚壁热煨弯管局部感应加热推弯成形技术的国内外研究现状,进而指明了其未来重点发展方向。
Local induction heating push-bending forming technology is an important method for forming thick-walled bend pipe in high strength oil and gas pipeline.However,the local induction heating push-bending forming of thick-walled hot bend pipe is a complex forming process,which integrates three (geometric,physical and boundary)nonlinear as a whole.It has electromagnetic-thermal-mechanical multi-physical fields coupling,non-steady and non-isothermal deformation characteristics.In order to effectively promote the improvement and popularization of the technology,the research status in China and other countries of the local induction heating push-bending forming technology of the thick-walled hot bend pipe was reviewed from the macro and micro perspectives,and the future development direction of the technology was pointed out.
